Why did we call our coffee Suolo? Its the Italian word for soil and, in our opinion the most important, and often overlooked, element in the production of fine coffee. This, for us, is where the flavour journey begins. Springing from rich volcanic, red earth and deep, sandy loam soils, the coffee plants from plantations all over the world deliver beans rich in promise; the promise of a rich and complex flavour.
