Gypsy Rose Tattoo opened its doors in July of 2010 in Jacksonville,North Carolina. Located in the Jacksonville Mall in Onslow County,Gypsy Rose is the first tattoo shop to open in a mall in the entire state.The shop offers custom tattoos and piercings, and is owned and operated by Jamee Melvin, who has been tattooing professionally since 2005.
