Over the past 30 years, The Humphrey Group has inspired leaders at all levels to use their communication as a leadership tool. Today our learners are challenged to reassess their habits and try out new skills that are rooted in three streams that we call, Reflection, Connection, and Persuasion. Each of these streams connects to principles that build upon leadership development, leadership communication training and inclusive leadership.
