Livingston Custom Homes, located in Livingston Texas, is a family-owned and operated business. Today, the 2nd and 3rd generation of the McGaha family own and operate the business.​Jim R. McGaha began in the construction business in 1957. James followed in his father’s footsteps, as did Justin and Jared in James' footsteps. Today, there is a combined history of over 100 years of experience in our company. We build custom homes, log homes & speculative homes.
