Total Roofing and Construction was founded in Dolton, Illinois in 1985 by Gregory Cooper and started as Flat Roofing Commerical company that did a lot of EPDM, Hot-mop, TPO, and modified Bitumen roofing replacements. 40 years later we still perform the same type of work but have added more services to assist our growing clients demand such as siding replacement, steep-slope roofing replacement, gutter replacement, permanent holiday lighting, fascia/soffit installation, softwash, and a full service tech team to assist with repairs. Our staff is trained in house to help with maintaining OSHA compliance, manufacturer tier status as Owens Corning Platinum Contractors, GAF MasterElite, and James Hardie Select Contractors.
