Minute Notary

About

Minute Notary is a technology-driven online notary platform co-founded by Quan Nguyen and Kai Mai. It operates with multiple licensed notaries across Canada, serving individuals and businesses. Oaths, affidavits and statutory declarations are sworn and commissioned virtually over secure video before a licensed Ontario notary public and Commissioner of Oaths, for clients anywhere in Ontario and Canada-wide for federal documents, from a head office in Ottawa.

Online notary from $24.95 plus HST per notary seal. If more than one person is signing, an additional signer fee also applies. Open 7 days a week, weekends included, 8 AM–8 PM.
