We have office agents worldwide and we regularly visit theses offices to ensure our high level of customer service and expectations are maintained.

Our headquarters are based in Melbourne, Australia with offices also in Sydney and Brisbane. The Director Michael Muratore started Freight-World in 2012 and within three years established 58 office agents around the globe. Michael started with one client on his first day of operations and has expanded to include a client base spanning the entire globe.

Freight-World has undertaken international shipments for some of Australia’s largest companies. We always aim to be the best and one of the services that we offer our clients is Multilingual Staff, our staff are both fluent in Mandarin, Vietnamese and Italian.
